Returns Policy
ALL ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
ALL SHIPMENTS ARE FULLY TRACKED AND INSURED FOR THEIR VALUE. If the package becomes lost in the mail, you will be covered by our insurance.
We try our best to represent the condition of our Funko pops in the most transparent way possible. If you have any problems with the condition of the pop box upon arrival, please send us a message on Instagram (vancitypops) or email us (vancitypops@gmail.com) and we will work with you to provide a satisfactory solution.
Lost Mail Policy
Your package's entire journey from us to you will be documented and fully tracked. If on the rare occasion that your package becomes lost in the mail, you will be covered by our lost package insurance and compensated fully. You will be required to sign legal documents when processing the insurance claim.
Delivery Times
For shipments going to CANADA, It'll take anywhere from 3-7 business days for your order to be delivered to you. For shipments going to USA, it'll take anywhere from 3-5 business days for your order to be delivered to you.
Duties/Import Fees
For shipments going to CANADA, your order will be shipped from our Canadian warehouse so you will NOT be charged any import fees. For shipments going to USA, your order will be shipped from our warehouse in USA so you will NOT be charged any import fees/duties.
Packing
All pops will be shipped with packing paper to prevent movement during transit. All 4 inch, 2 Pack and 6 Inch pops will be shipped with a complimentary pop protective case. For other pop sizes, no pop protector will be provided.
Local Pick Up
Local pick up is available in the Vancouver, BC area. The pick up location will be a public area (Charles St and Templeton Dr) and is only available at that location. Please message me on Instagram (vancitypops) to book a pick up time.
