We ship orders every day from Monday-Friday. Your order is packed and shipped either on the day that you placed your order or 1 business day later. 


Out of the thousands of orders that we have shipped, we have only had problems with damage during shipments twice and that was when our shipping box was subjected to excessive and unusual amounts of force. We attribute our success in transporting pops safely to our customer to our careful and expert packing.

Here are the main factors of contributing to our high success rate: 

1. Prior to adding any protection, we carefully inspect each pop that you ordered to ensure that their box condition matches the product page and description. 

2. Firstly, we ship all pops that are the standard 4 inch size, 6 inch size and 2 pack size in our very own pop protectors. They are one of the thickest protectors on the market (0.5mm) and is the first layer of defence during transit. 

3. The second layer of protection of your pops from outside forces is the packing paper that we use. This paper will be layered and stuffed around the empty spaces within your shipping box to cushion against any damage as well to prevent your pops from tumbling around during transit. 

4. The third and most important layer of protection is our shipping boxes. We carefully selected to source boxes that are specifically designed for shipping. All of the shipping boxes that we use are corrugated/layered and are able to withstand many pounds of force.
